Hi all
I've just seen the amazing Order of The Phoenix and it really didn't disappoint me. I was a little apprehensive about it, having approached it from the bleakness of the book, but I think they made a really good job of it. I adored Severus. He's totally a hero to me, and a tragic hero at that, considering his fate in Deathly Hallows. I loved the score music and I just want this on DVD now so I can wallow in teh snarry. That occlumency scene was fabulous.

More soon

Deathly Hallows

Hi all
I've had an eventful weekend, capped off by finishing the brilliant Cambiare Podentes: Madurare by Jordan Grant. It was a fabulous ending and a fabulous achievement by a wonderful author. I looked forward to Madurare as much as I was looking forward to DH.
Oooh..I actually loved most of Deathly Hallows, yes it felt a little rushed in places and the death toll was an ickle bit high for my liking but there were some really emotional scenes. I think I always knew that Severus wouldn't survive but seeing it written did make me squeal in frustration.
Therefore despite a few minor points and the fact that Sev died, it was a brilliant ending to a spellbinding series.
More later

Hi folks
Looky at the shiny new LJ. isn't it pretty. For my first journal post I'll tell you a little about myself. I'm 24 years old. I am big fan of Harry Potter and have been into the fandom for several seriously fun years. I've acquired a distinct taste for really good snarry fics and along with that have become very fond of the character we all know and love as that ever so snarky and sexy Severus Snape.
I have a vast book and dvd collection which I am expanding all the time. I have varied and eclectic taste in music, the current obsession being score music. I am currently listening to Hans Zimmer's score from Pirates of the Caribbean - At World's End.
I'll post more soon
